SMS Messaging Policy

How and when Customer2.AI sends text messages, and your choices — including how to opt out.

1. Agreement to receive text messages

This SMS Messaging Policy ("Policy") governs text (SMS/MMS) messages sent by Customer2.AI and by the businesses that use the Customer2.AI platform (each, an "Operator"). By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in (for example, by checking the consent box in our chat experience), you give your prior express consent to receive text messages, including messages sent using automated technology, at the number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

2. The messages we send

Messages may include one-time verification or security codes, account and service notifications, responses to requests you initiate, appointment or order updates, and other messages relating to your interaction with an Operator. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages on the basis of this consent; any marketing messaging would require separate, specific opt-in.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and recurs based on your interactions (for example, each time you request a verification code or an Operator responds to you).

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile carrier under your wireless plan; Customer2.AI is not responsible for carrier charges. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we may send a single message confirming your opt-out. Following that, you will no longer receive text messages unless you opt in again. You may also decline by not checking the consent box, in which case you can still use available features that do not require text messaging.

6. How to get help (HELP)

For help, reply HELP to any message, or reach us through our contact page.

7. Carriers and delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control. Supported carriers may change without notice.

8. Your mobile information is not sold or shared

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with subcontractors that support our messaging program (for example, our messaging provider), and only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. 9. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us, or stop messaging, if your number changes or is reassigned.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Text messaging is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Customer2.AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or intercepted messages, or from your provision of an inaccurate or reassigned number. You agree to indemnify and hold Customer2.AI harmless from claims arising out of your violation of this Policy or your misuse of the messaging service.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and your continued use of the messaging service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
